Baltic Container Terminal occupies a territory of 57 hectares on Kundzinsala island, strategically positioned at the mouth of the river Daugava within the Freeport of Riga.

Quay Specifications

Quay length of 506 metres with a depth of 12.5 metres, allowing the berthing of large container vessels.

Ro-Ro Ramp

A 25-metre ro-ro ramp on the western end of the quay, enabling simultaneous ro-ro and lo-lo operations.

Reefer Facilities

Over 500 reefer plugs with 24/7 monitoring, ensuring temperature-controlled containers are continuously supervised.

Operational Flexibility

Infrastructure supports simultaneous ro-ro and lo-lo operations, providing maximum flexibility for different vessel types and cargo handling.
